We flew into JFK in the afternoon , room, bathroom, front desk were fine. No place to eat around there so we ordered in and food was great! Next day took the shuttle from the hotel back to the airport to catch the subway to tour the city, then back to airport and shuttle picked us up to get back to hotel. Next morning breakfast was better than I expected, cereal, rolls, fruit and even waffles (that you make yourself). To us it was perfect for a hotel that we just needed to sleep in and be close to the airport. Then shuttle took us to airport for our flight overseas.

Rented a car JFK drove to hotel near by(free parking). Friendly check-in with complimentary cookies. clean room larger than expected,complimentary wifi and continental breakfast. Would like to pay less for one night but that is New York. Arrived late no restaurant, offered take out menus ,ordered Chinese that was tasty. Over all positive experience.

Poor Customer services, when the room was ready I was not advised until I went to check again for that even if I was sitting opposite the counter for hours waiting for availability. The tub (s) needs to be changed, a bad scratched tub is not something you want to put your feet on and especially when it was not cleaned properly. Noisy and in not a friendly area, I would not venture out by myself at any time

I would definitely stay at this hotel again! The front dedk staff & maintenance staff were helpful and friendly. The food was excellent (breakfast). The shuttle driver was helpful and got us to the correct place to meet our daughter's flight and we were able to quickly catch a return shuttle to the airport to get on the road again. The bed was comfortable - great deal for teh money and we did not have to drive into the airport itself!
