The bedroom was nice, everything was clean and tidy, but the sheets were a little stiff. The complimentary breakfast didn't taste that good. The scrambled eggs were covered with cheese. I hated that. This hotel is close to JFK Airport, but not so close to a subway station. If you decide to stay here some time, think first before you choose this hotel.

The pictures of the hotel and their rooms are not what the rooms look like. The rooms are older looking and not so updated. The carpet was stained and the tv channels did not come in. They were all fuzzy. They said the hotel was under construction. The pool was not even open. If I would have known this I would not have booked this hotel. There computers cost. You have to use a credit card to use them. The front desk staff is not very nice and will not even print your boarding pass. Overall the hotel was a big dissappointement. It was my first time to the big apple. Next time I will stay somewhere else. I do have to say that the bar did make very good drinks.

Me, my boyfriend, and our 2 young children stayed for 5 nights. It wasnt bad but i would have preferred it to be all non smoking, even though we were in a non smoking room I could still smell it. Other wise very nice!

No, the beds were Not all that comfortable, and the hotel staff gave me the wrong room twice making me come down stairs 3 times total (they we) but this was a Great experience! I thought there wouldn't be enough parking but there was. And there was a Free breakfast with a Lot of variety & free cookies!!! The renovations have the hotel looking good and I would stay here again. 3 Days & 2 nights for New Years weekend to watch the Ball drop came to less than $* for 3 people! It would be hard to Top that

Even though it was non-smoking room, it smelled! Cigarette melted alarm clock, non-functioning telephone, floor not clean, coffee not refilled, unfriendly front desk, etc. Never stay in Holiday Inn ever again. I'll pay more for a better place next time.
